This reminds me that our fir trees will nolonger stand in the morning light. They were uprooted today with a backhoe. Tomorrow I will do up close studies of the boughs in the top of the trees. They have a wonderful accumilation of moss. The cutopen insides are golden and have great rings - so precious. There are so many ways to see a tree. Your pines have a lightness reminding me of the rain that bleaches the atmosphere around the trees.
