Impressionist Sunset Country Farmhouse Rural Landscape daily painting oil

sold
"Sunny Farmhouse" 6"x6" oil on primed masonite art board. The Midwestern sky is ever changing. I love how the setting sun illuminates the side of this old farmhouse.

Hello Heidi, Greetings from Australia. I really like your little paintings, they have a very calming, but happy feel to them. I can definitely see the Impressionist influence there. I particularly like your skies-- I find sky and clouds quite difficult, but you pull them off well.

Ohhhh, this is beautiful. I've always loved your beach scenes too.
This little farmhouse seems to have so much personality. I was going to say you captured it's personality but I think I don't give you enough credit, you must have given this house personality. Isn't it true that our paintings reflect a lot of our own personality? Beautiful!
